Estate Administration  

Our firm will assist you upon the passing of your loved ones by getting the estate admitted to probate.  Probate is a court proceeding where wills are admitted or heirs are located and assets are distributed appropriately.  We will assist you as personal representative through out the entire probate process including collecting the estate's assets, paying debts or taxes and distributing property to heirs or legatees. 

If needed, we will assist you in litigation involving will contests or other challenges to the estate like spouse's right of election.  We will also assist in drafting disclaimers and assignments to help you protect you from estate taxes.
